Ester was a loyal Tekamar employee through and through. She started working alongside Richard in 2003 and worked with thousands of people over her 17 year career in the industry. She retired from brokering in 2020.

Chad Eliason started his Salmon Arm mortgage broker career at Tekamar Mortgages in 2007. He learned how to broker and then worked alongside Richard and Ester for seven years. In 2014 Chad decided to strike it out on his own and has been helping Salmon Armenians since.
