He was always prompt in returning my calls and answering my emails. Tom was there every step of the way until close. And he negotiated a better mortgage than one of the big banks! Tom was always prompt to respond to our questions (we had lots!) and I particularly appreciated that he was willing to confirm that he thought it was wise to renew early whereas I had found our former mortgage broker to be quite vague when we were seeking advice, leaving us unsure about next steps.
