Right from the first phone call to our last communication, Tom was clear and precise in answering questions, finding answers, helping us through the documentation phase, and even smoothing out signing of the documents. He was always prompt in returning my calls and answering my emails. Tom was there every step of the way until close. And he negotiated a better mortgage than one of the big banks!
