1) Heralds Park - Picnic on the grass, beach or utilize the already set in place picnic tables. Families enjoy the options Heralds Park provides. Playground, sandy beach, designated swimming area, dog beach, grassy fields, outhouses and so much more! Discover why Heralds is the ideal picnic area.

2) Marine Peace Park - Located right down town, discover a large grassy area, picnic tables, walking paths and of course the Salmon Arm Wharf. This is convenient and inviting community space.

3) Canoe Beach - Relax on the grass, dig in the sand or play on the playground while you take in views of Bastion Mountain. Canoe Beach is a great picnic location and if you don't feel like packing your own food, take advantage of the mouth-watering Canoe Beach Cafe.

4) John Evdokimoff Park (White Lake) - This park has it all. Playground, basketball nets, road hockey gear, thunderball ring, pump track, bike drops and a small hike behind the playground to the White Lake Lookout. Something for everyone!

5) Blackburn Park - Pack your bag and head down to Blackburn Park. Easily one of the best and most utilized parks in Salmon Arm. Kids will love the playground, splash park, skateboard park, soccer fields and if the sun is too warm find shade under the giant gazebo with picnic tables.
