Broker Ester Arrowsmith took on the request to put together a lender with our son, who was purchasing his first home. Ester kept our son informed all through the process, and passed on the agreement between the lending institution and himself with only signatures required. I recognized the value of an experienced broker, searching for best value for her customers's need and to top it off, everything was kept local. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to everyone at Tekamar for their assistance with the purchase of our new home in Airdrie, Alberta. Just about everything that could go wrong during the process did go wrong beginning with the bank where we have been customers for over 50 years refused to help us with bridge financing after telling us that they would and so we committed to buying the house. We were sitting there with our necks out a mile and the bank did not care one iota. Enter Rich Smith at Tekamar. He was up front about the additional costs and fees and while I was not thrilled, at least I knew that there was a way out of our predicament.
