A new era of mortgages

It used to be that a borrower would have to sit down in the bank or brokers office, then come back when the mortgage documents were ready. Since COVID, Tekamar and many other brokerages have switched to e-signatiure. It is a safe and secure tool to sign your mortgage documents on your coffee break, rather than taking off half a day for a few signatures and a drive to the office.

We always explain the documents we are sending out for e-signature and encourage our clients to ask any questions they have before signing. If our clients feel more comfortable signing in-person, we are also more than happy tp do that! That's why we have an office.
