Cideries , the new breweries?

Just like breweries, cideries are becoming a popular stop for local craft lovers. Now non-beer drinkers get to indulge in the excitement of different local vendors producing some wicked drinks. Enjoy the classic dry apple cider, or something a bit more unique like pineapple mint. From Kamloops to Revelstoke, you will be surprised at how many flavors you can try.

Woodward Cider Co (Kamloops)
The three Woodward brothers, who are all engineers decided to back back to their roots at thei family farm in Kamloops. They opened up Kamloops's first Cidery.

BA Brewmaster (Kamloops)
BA Brewing specials in craft beer, cider, wine and spritzers. Cider lovers can purchase home made cider by the jar or cans.

Shuswap Cider Co (Salmon Arm)
The women owned cidery first opened in 2016 and was a hit from the start. They have four different ciders on tap and seven cider cocktails than can be whipped up per request. Yum!

Northyards Cider Co (Salmon Arm)
Northyard cider came to fortition when the Owner, Alison, found herself at a beer festival, despite not enjoying beers. Now, cider lovers have fun craft drinks to try with their friends. Northyards has eight ciders available on tap or in a can.

Farmstrong Cider Company (Armstrong)
Farmstrong is a family owned, third generation, working farm. It started as a small poultry farm and has been expanding ever since. Not only do they provide exceptional cider, they have a full restaurant of local, farm to table, wholesome meals.
