This isn't anything new but a good reminder or resource for documents we need upfront once your client has an accepted offer.
** If the purchase contract references documents that form part of the contract, we need those docs too!
Once subjects have been removed, we need a copy of the signed subject removal and draft for deposit. Or, if subject and closing has been extended, we need those contract amendments.
