Pre-Authorized Debit Form

A Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PAD Form) allows your lender to automatically pull mortgage payments out of your bank account. For your Mortgage Broker to fill out this form for you, they will need your banking info via a void cheque for the account you would like your new payments to come out of. You sign the form verifying the information and agreeing to the automatic payments and then we send it off to the lender. Simple as that!
