Notice of Assessment (NOA)

Your Notice of Assessment is the document you get back after filling your taxes. It shows if the information your tax preparer (or yourself) submitted, is the same information the government has and if they agree with it. You will either have a return (money back) or you will have a balance due that is payable to the Canadian Revenue Agency. This document is about 5-7 pages long. When sending this to your mortgage broker, it is important to send the whole document unedited, preferably in a PDF. This will allow for your information to be reviewed quickly and easily, allowing us to work for you as efficiently as we can.
